RF Modern Bakery Design ("we," "us," "our") sells digital products in the form of online courses. Due to the immediate access and intangible nature of these digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once you purchase a course and gain access to the course materials (including but not limited to videos, documents, and community areas), we cannot issue a refund. This is because the content can be easily duplicated, and therefore, it is impossible to "return" the product.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. If you are unable to access the course you purchased due to a persistent, verifiable technical fault on our website that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time, we will, at our discretion:

• If access cannot be restored, provide you with a comparable course of equal value or issue a full refund.

If you believe your situation qualifies under the technical exception above, you must contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include in your email:

• The name of the course you purchased.
• A detailed description of the technical issue you are experiencing, including any screenshots or error messages.

We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

We stand by the quality of our courses and provide detailed descriptions and learning objectives on each course sales page to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

We understand that a course might not meet your personal expectations; however, dissatisfaction with the course content, teaching style, pace, or your individual results does not constitute a valid reason for a refund under this policy.
